93 points – Riesling Ried Kalkofen Smaragd 2019

Excellent tension between the ripe-peach and floral side of this wine and the herbal freshness, which together with bright acidity drive it along at a brisk clip. Nice mineral bite at the long finish.

92 points – Riesling Ried 1000-Eimerberg Smaragd 2019

This offers nectarines and apricots, but also a flinty note and that, no less than the crisp acidity, adds tension to this full-bodied dry Wachau riesling. Good length and some real minerality at the finish.

91 points – Riesling Dürnsteiner Burg Reserve Smaragd 2019

Super ripe peach aroma that’s very forthright, but not that subtle. A rich, mouth-filling riesling that’s just on the dry side. Bright mandarin-orange finish that lifts the weighty body.
